| 2011 Relay For Life Parade; Salem, VA |
This June, Eric & I participated in the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life in Salem, VA. The theme this year was “Toon Out Cancer” where Relay teams decorated their campsites with favorite cartoon characters. WDG had the enormous privilege of creating items for the group such as certificates, team tent décor graphics, and parade banner!
Cancer has affected the lives of millions, including Eric and I, so this event is very near & dear to our hearts. This event is a huge yearly fundraiser that raises money to help create a world with more birthdays and allows participants to celebrate loved ones who have fought the fight against cancer, remember lost loved ones, and fight back against cancer.
